The Joule offers 30,000 sq. ft. of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, many with stunning skyline views. Perfect for anything from an intimate affair for 20 to a wedding with 400 guests, our indoor venues include three elegant ballrooms, three meeting spaces, and a pre-function area—all recently reimagined by Tihany Design in 2023. Outdoor options include a distinctive lawn with the iconic 30-foot-tall Eye sculpture by Tony Tasset and a striking rooftop terrace featuring a climate-controlled glass pavilion, retractable roof, private all-glass elevator access, and panoramic skyline views.

BALLROOMS

Accommodating up to 400 guests, our ballrooms, newly reimagined by Tihany Design, blend historic details with contemporary elegance. Modular layouts allow each space to flow effortlessly from one part of your event to the next, while luminous fabrics, custom chandeliers, and large-scale mosaics provide a stunning backdrop for weddings, galas, and corporate gatherings.

MEETING ROOMS

Our meeting rooms combine sophisticated design with modern functionality. Curated, museum-caliber art, rich textures, and state-of-the-art A/V capabilities create an inspiring setting for small-to-medium sessions, from executive briefings to intimate workshops. Floor-to-ceiling downtown views add a touch of energy to every gathering.

THE EYE

For an unforgettable event, look no further than The Eye. The turfed lawn surrounding the 30-foot-tall sculpture is easily the city’s most unique venue. Previous hosted events include wedding receptions, corporate yoga classes, charity galas, and the annual Dallas Art Fair’s closing soiree, The Eye Ball.

THE TERRACE

Accessible via a private glass elevator, The Terrace boasts unparalleled views of Main Street. With a covered glass pavilion, the flexible space can be configured in various ways to suit indoor and outdoor occasions.

PENTHOUSES

Our penthouses let you host guests in a space that feels rightfully residential for close friends, yet uniquely elevated for special occasions. Each features a unique design and layout ranging from 1,350 to 2,500 square feet.

THE PERGOLA

Secluded by hedges, but still in the heart of downtown, The Pergola across Main Street at Forty Five Ten is a lovely outdoor destination for hosting a small shower, cocktail hour, or dinner.

RESTAURANTS

Whether you’re looking for a semi-private, reserved space or a full buyout, each of our onsite bars and restaurants are ready to host. Prix fixe menus, custom cocktails, and excellent service form the foundation of any great event.

THE DRAKESTONE

Our sister property down Main Street, The Drakestone, is a private residential property with spaces holding untapped potential. With an old-world style cupola, modern solarium, and unfettered views of the downtown skyline, its rooftop is a host's dream.

OFFSITE VENUES

While we love our own spaces, we’re always glad to take the party on the road. Our Catering and Events team has hosted in private homes, as well as the city’s most interesting destinations, including Fashion Industry Gallery, Haas Moto Museum and Sculpture Gallery, and The Rachofsky House.
