CBD Provisions

Developed and operated by Consilient Hospitality - and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day - CBD Provisions is a modern Texas brasserie in the heart of historic downtown Dallas adjacent to The Joule Hotel. Led by Executive Chef Michael Sindoni, the restaurant celebrates the natural bounty and culinary traditions of Texas with a contemporary point of view, a commitment to local and sustainable sourcing, and a passion for making things in house with expert technique and superb ingredients. The cocktail program -- created and overseen by acclaimed bartenders Chad Solomon and Christy Pope -- features updated classics with a regional spirit, while the wine list emphasizes outstandingsmall producers from Texas, California and France. Fittingly, the beer program showcases the best achievements of the burgeoning craft brewing community in Dallas-Fort Worth. The interiors of CBD Provisions – designed by Claudia Woods – dramatically set the stage for the warm and social character of a big city brasserie with historic brick walls, salvaged wood floors, sumptuous leather banquettes, a fully exhibited kitchen, and of course a great bar. 


Weekend Coffee

Weekend Coffee — from the owners of TENOVERSIX retail — is an artisan coffee shop featuring delicious, made-to-order coffee showcasing the single origin beans of Seattle-based roaster Victrola. Weekend's fine coffee is complemented by an exciting selection of sweet and savory pastries from Joule Executive Pastry Chef Ruben Torano and a smart selection of magazines and coffee-related accessories. Weekend opens daily from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.



The Joule Hotel is pleased to now offer champagne afternoon tea service in TASCHEN Library. Surrounded by midcentury mosaics and bookcases filled with an edited selection of coffee-table tomes, the cozy backdrop of the TASCHEN Library provides the ideal setting for afternoon tea.

Available Fridays at 2:30 p.m., the afternoon tea experience blends an innovative menu with casual tea service and glass of champagne in a communal setting. Served in dainty colorful china, The Joule sources a selection of exotic and rare tea blends. The seasonal tea menu is under the artful guidance of The Joule Hotel Executive Chef Jaco Smith and Executive Pastry Chef Ruben Torano who infuse timeless classics with modern flair.

Perfect for special occasions or an afternoon with friends, Tea at TASCHEN is $59 per person, inclusive of taxes, gratuity and valet.
