Led by Aron Felkins of Counter Culture Coffee, this small-group class will cover the essentials of pulling a great shot of espresso before giving each guest the opportunity to step behind the machine and put those fundamentals into practice. With guidance from Aron, you’ll learn the basics of preparing and pulling espresso—and try your hand at pulling shots of your own.
